Bringing the world of Anne of Green Gables into your own

Anne's "Perfectly Scrumptious" Wild Rose Tea Party

"We didn't want to leave!"

If you are going to be on Prince Edward Island, join Treasury author Carolyn Strom Collins for "Anne's Perfectly Scrumptious Wild-Rose Tea Party" -- an afternoon of "all things Anne" at "Ingleside".

Sip homemade Raspberry Cordial while you design and make a flower-bedecked straw hat like Anne's.  Then enjoy a specially-guided tour of "Ingleside" -- the L. M. Montgomery Heritage Museum where you will see "Magog," the original green-and-white china dog from the "Anne" books along with many other Montgomery family heirlooms that found their way into L. M. Montgomery's books and stories.

Once you have toured "Ingleside," you will sit down to afternoon tea with tea sandwiches, fruit, and cookies served on Montgomery family china.

Offered July and August, from 2-4 pm (the time can be changed to fit your needs, however).

Space is limited and reservations are required. Contact Carolyn at
clsc123@gmail.com  to reserve.  $40 per person (discount for two or more).  Fee includes all craft materials, museum admissions, and refreshments.

"This was the best thing I did on PEI!"

"Carolyn knows everything about Anne and L. M. Montgomery!"

"My daughters and I loved making our hats and have them hanging in our rooms at home now. They remind us of our wonderful afternoon at 'Ingleside'."

"It was so nice to relax and talk at length about PEI and the Anne books while we took our time making our hats.  The Raspberry Cordial was delicious and so were all of the tea-party foods!"

"The Tea Party was awesome and I really liked seeing Magog."

"I couldn't believe we were actually sipping our tea from teacups that L. M. Montgomery herself might have sipped from."

"We were having such a good time that we didn't want to leave!"
